Driver sped off before we could put seatbelts on, mumbled “Shuttles are free” when we pointed this out, drove full speed over all the speed bumps, swerved in and out of traffic - this was in a short drive from airport to an airport hotel. An emailed complaint to management was automatically returned.
Cab didn't show up. We kept calling and they said it would be a little longer. After an hour and a half they told us nobody was available and to call somebody else. Don't string people along with lies. In the time we waited we could have taken another cab or even the bus.
Best customer service in Surrey. I have never had any issues with them.
Cab driver overcharged us from yvr to richmond. I called the office but didn't get any help.
Literally and unequivocally the worst cab company ever. The agent kept interrupting me to jot down her notes, yelling in the background that made it hard to understand her, and not even a call back after the time has passed. I was given a 10 minute wait time and as of writing this post, it's been 43. Not recommended. Ever.
I forget my phone driver return my phone good service
I called in to reserve a cab in the evening. Someone at their end of the phone took all my information and then mumbled something about "should be all right". I waited in the morning, then phoned and was told I must have phoned a different cab company. I was using the number I'd dialed the evening before. Was told it wasn't possible I had called them. No customer service, no apology, no offer of a cab.
