Don't waste your time Rude Miss quoting Staff

2nd time here and I was to be having my roots touched up. Last time it took just over 3 hours and I was left sitting alone without being offered a magazine or beverage for long periods while the hair dresser ducked out the back to smoke. Today I entered the salon to a daydreaming receptionist who didn't greet me. Followed up by the same hairdresser who misquoted me for services. Attempted to charge me the same price to fix my roots as the last time for a full head of foils.Poor communication

Save your hair and money

I have never been to Champers and was looking to find a new salon closer to home. I called first to ask if they has any stylists who enjoyed working on short hair. The girl that answered the phone assured me they did. They new I was a new customer but upon arrival 3 stylists are lazing at the front desk and not one of them welcomed me, said hello etc. I had to tell them about my appointment. My stylist comes to meet me. Im taken to her chair where I hadnt hung up my coat. Not once did she offer to hang it for me but let me crunch it in a ball and place on her work station. I told her what I wanted (I have short hair not rocket science here). I knew 2 minutes in this was not going to be good. I asked her if she felt comfortable and she said she was. She started to cut my hair dry (who does this?????). 70 minutes later!! I was to her thought finished. My bangs, sides hadn't even been touched. She said seeing your hair is short (and now bone dry) I'm not going to style it. Voila she thought she was done. At this point I just wanted to pay and run run run and never return. When I asked at the front desk how long she had been cutting hair and was told 9 years...well she should have never been classed as a stylist. I have gone to schools and had better cuts from new students. This was an absolute disaster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From start to finish this salon needs a major Tabitha takeover.

poor service

the hair stylist that cut my hair must have been right out of school, my cut was uneven. I guess they have a high turnover, when i complained they just said sorry so basically they don't offer any compensation and there so expensive for the work of a student!!
