La-Z-Boy furniture service Now Buyer Beware!!

we purchased a new $2000 love seat from La-Z-Boy furniture gallery in Richmond, upon sitting in the seat for less than three weeks found the foam to compress and not re-expand, places where you can put your hand in the back of the seat and feel the raw foam and raw uncovered wood. Now it feels like i am sitting in a hole not a La-Z-Boy. upon writing the company now 3 weeks ago, we have not received any reply for service on this item. La-Z-Boy = LAZY BOY WORKERS!
