Jeffrey and Raven are my stylists of choice. They are super efficient, really friendly, and full of personality. What I loved most of all, of course, was the quality of the cut I got. I used to use a barber downtown but no longer! Zoom is a little pricier than what I paid but worth every penny!
Don't go to Zoom hair if you're Asian. Hairdressers are very friendly and chatty but they don't know how to color Asian hair without turning it into a complete dry mess. It also took close to 6 hours to color.
I went to Zoom recently for the first time to get a haircut. The salon was modern, bright, and busy. Natalia was great with me and gave me exactly what I wanted. All of the staff were very nice.
I went into Zoom for a much needed cut and style. I only went here becuase I was in the area. I should have known not to go in once I saw that there were no other customers......Now I know why!!
My stylist was a girl named Amanda (I believe). She was very unprofessional, and had horrendous personal hygiene. Over all she was rude and completely butchered my hair!!!
Like my title says...I will NEVER go back. I will also be advising ppl to not go here!!
