Non-responsive when dates for well drilling require rescheduling. Non-responsive to customer emails. Does not submit required reports on a timely basis. Non-responsive to customer requests for information. Fairly obvious why they are not BBB certified. DO NOT USE THEM unless you keep a hold back to ensure they submit paperwork to you and any required agencies.
