Found the people to be rude and surly. The guy actually said to me, I'd have a hard time proving my injury after I take your bumper off. He wanted to paint over existing paint and could not guarantee his work. Just an awful experience and attitude. Would not recommend.
I wasn't talking with the owner for more than 15 seconds before I was told that the entire car needed to be repainted and the work would start at $5K. I have very minor paint touch ups required on a car (small rock chips, dents, scuffs) I've worked in the automotive industry in earlier years and the work required on my car should range between $700-1200 MAX.
There appears to be a misunderstanding as to what the expectations were. I was under the assumption that the customer was looking to do a complete paint and repair, not just cosmetic touch ups. At the time, there was no written estimate given, only a verbal. We take pride in the quality of the repairs we do and we want to do the best job possible for our customers.

Repaired door din...
Repaired door ding on front door of my new truck. Took it back twice due to swirl marks and overspray all over the vehicle. Was told it was repaired to industry standards. Will never do business here again.
Yes I've been here a few times. The accidents that caused the need to be here were nothing to write about, but the service and the quality of their work definitely is worthy of a review. I have had the misfortune to need their services 4 times in the last few years. (Not once my fault so don't get the wrong idea!) As you can well imagine, it's stressful dealing with all the issues that arise. Rick and his crew took the stress away by getting me set up with a loaner car quickly and by doing such an excellent and thorough job. They were great to deal with and have proven each time that they know what they are doing. I certainly don't recommend you have an accident, but if you do, I strongly recommend you call Ladner Auto Body.
