called to get my chimney cleaned and asked for the tech to inspect a vent of side of house as damper is gone and birds been nesting there, I was told ok " will add to tech note", tech arrived cleaned the chimney inside house using brush with 4 attachments and shop vac, and I asked to inspect the vet on side of house, he brought his ladder , and took a look and said all seems ok, I asked him it is impossible to say ok with removing the vent cover and clean it as sure birds nesting for 2 years, he
