Front staff are not so friendly, they don't even look at the during conversation. I had a complete physical examination with Dr. Bielu today, wait time is excellent BUT doctor only spent 10 minutes aaking questions. Did not do anything as expected for a physical exam, no blood test or xray request given, NOTHING! Just wasted my time driving on a freezing cold morning to see him. Should have just stayed at home.

The older lady staff at the reception with glasses and short hair is 'NOT NICE'. She doesn't know how to deal with people who are in pain and badly needed to see my family doctor even if I just been to the hospital and the doctor at the ER said I need to see my family doctor. She's truly Abrupt!

Quick response to my needs and a compassionate and caring Physician in Dr. Bielu. Appointments are usually within a couple of days and very little wait time in the office before seeing the Dr. Refreshing.

Staff are all so helpful and friendly. Dr Bielu is a very patient, friendly and kind man. He is very thorough in his treatments. We have selected him as our family doctor for Nana, Mom, Dad, 4 year old girl and 18 month old girl. Definitely recommend Dr Bielu and staff.
