I was planning a new exterior paint work at my place when I noticed cracks in my garage door. I was on a budget due to the painting work. I found City Customer Doors in a recent flyer sent to my house and found the price to be quite good. Installation was done in a few hours and my bill was as quoted.
I am not the most patient person. So with my motor having issues - all I needed was a quick replacement. After 10 years, you expect to replace the motor. I just hope that this one will last that long.

After dealing with them for almost a year I can honestly say that Custom city doors provided some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
I can count at least 10 times that they were a no show for appointments booked and they never once called to let me know that they were not going to come.
Not a good company to deal with at all
