Non-responsive, bad service.

I have been going to Dr. Burt since 1993. Any time I had an appointment, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Burt is the only one who was able to help me with my "Age-related Disorders" - first by prescribing Progressive Lenses - WOW - what a difference. Then he prescribed lenses I could use when I was working on my computer. Again, WOW - what a difference. Just this past weekend I gouged my eyeball, and once again, Dr. Burt to the rescue! He met me after hours and inserted a contact l

Tells you it is ok if you call back and cancel the appointment. Then holds it against you. Chaotic waiting room. People that look more important than you are helped first. Wrong day given for appointment. When you ask for a reminder call they say they will do it and then don't. You have to clean up when other peoples kids spill your drink. Not the staff. Shamed out of the waiting room because of their error. I don't even know where to begin with this place!!!

The "No can do" optometrist

Took my son to get glasses and contacts for the last ten years. Went yesterday to pick up contacts. Staff was rude and ignorant. Said I hadn't bought any since 2013.My son has to go away and has one pair of scratched contacts. They would not help us at all! I phoned and asked Dr. Burt to call me. No return call.Ignorant way to treat a long term client. Went to another optometrist - gave us a set to get my son through next week and set an appointment to do full test etc.

Dr. Burt is a great doctor. He takes the time to find out a little about who you are and finds a way to make you feel comfortable. He even emailed me that cool photo they take of the inside of your eye. The front end staff is there to help. I showed up an hour early for my appointment, they did not send me away for an hour but made me feel welcome and helped me to get in and out quickly. I would like to wish Dr Burt and his team all the best in the new location.
