I brought my Mother in to find a seat for her toilet and to buy a new walker. The gal we dealt with was so compassionate, knowledgeable and very patient with my Mother. My Mother did get a seat and found a wonderful walker. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but said they would order one and it would be delivered to her in about two days. He asked questions about where I would be using it and what type of flooring I would be cleaning. I was very happy to find out that he also services everything he sells. That sure beats a trip to the box store out of town where I may have made a purchase and found that it was not working to my liking.
