This FYidoctors location is pleased to be able to provide you with comprehensive eye care in a safe clinic environment once again. As doctors, the health of you and your family is our top priority, which is why we have implemented a new examination process with enhanced safety procedures. Our staff has been extensively trained on how to clean all equipment and touch points throughout the clinic. We would like to encourage all patients to please call ahead when planning to visit our clinic in order for us to try and monitor the number of patients in the clinic at any given time. Your vision is important and we remain intent on providing you and your family the personalized care you deserve.
Our Optometrists
Ryan Hogan
Dr. Ryan Hogan joined Regina Eye Centre after graduating on the Dean’s Honours List from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science. Dr. Hogan was selected for the Canadian Association of Optometrists Award of Merit and served as President of the University of Waterloo Optometric Student Society. Ryan's training includes externships at several practices in Ontario as well as at Parkland Health and Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Hogan is originally from Regina and attended Michael. A. Riffel High School where he was named valedictorian. He is a graduate of the University of Regina where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Distinction in 2008. Ryan enjoys spending time with family and friends at the lake and lives a very active lifestyle. He is interested in all aspects of optometry and welcomes new patients of all ages.
Jake Kelly
Dr. Jake Kelly joins FYidoctors after graduating from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry. Dr. Kelly was vice-president of his graduating class. Jake's extensive training includes externships at several practices in Canada as well as at OMNI Eye Specialists in Baltimore, Maryland where his knowledge base flourished. Jake was consistently on the Dean's Honour List in University. His senior case study was chosen as the best in North America. Jake is originally from Regina and attended Winston Knoll Collegiate and the University of Regina and was the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships. Dr. Kelly currently serves as the Registrar for the Saskatchewan Association of Optometrists and was chosen as the Young Optometrist of the Year in 2017. His interests include active participation in football, hockey and golf. Jake is interested in all aspects of family optometry and welcomes new patients to visit him at FYidoctors Northgate Mall, Victoria Square, Assiniboia and Kipling!
