Love the double smoked sausage bought at Costco but need to remove casing. Very hard to remove without taking the sausage with it. Can’t seem to get a hold of anyone at harvest. No answer on phone or on their website. If anyone knows please advise. Thanks
I first had your double smoked sausage about three or four ago that i got at costco in Peterborough,ontario Since moving to Thunder Bay i cannot find it is the best sausage i have ever had.hoping to find in Winnipeg later ths week when we visit.
