I was very specific I wanted a subtle trim on my Pomeranian. Instead, when I returned an hour later my dogs coat was chopped down. Terrible choppy cut and not at all what I had asked for. Even took pictures along of what I wanted and showed pictures of past cuts. So upset with the outcome!
