    Always a disaster...

    Always a disaster. So I tried again. They forgot to paw knots after specifically asking. Then tried again since they're cheap and thought I'd give it another try, my dog came back with a massive cut on her tail that disabled her from walking because it hurt her so much. The lady refused to give Me a refund or to even admit it. They do take appointments last minute though, which is convenient.
