Our inspection service provides you with a comprehensive and detailed report within 72 hours following the inspection, accompanied by photos highlighting all major issues as well as health and safety risks that could compromise the function and value of your future property. We identify and recommend necessary preventive maintenance for the issues found. We carry Errors and Omissions insurance, as well as Civil Liability insurance.
