I have been a customer of this bakery for years and I have given the pastry part of the business many chances and I mean many chances but today is the last straw, old and soggy zeppole aren’t acceptable the lady who’s is at that counter is cold, insisting never smiles not good for customer service I will be returning the zeppole in the morning and never ever buying them again
I have given this bakery many chances. Their customer service is horrible. No one smiles or is helpful. They act like they are doing us a favour by working there. I've been a few times to give it a fair chance & it's been a terrible experience everytime. There are plenty of bakeries in Woodbridge & I will never go back to this one even though its a very short walk from my house.
They need to improve their customer service!
DISAPPOINTED. Not only did this bakery not make the cake I ordered online for my father's 50th birthday party, they also refused to reimburse me for the cake, which I have receipts for, saying there was no proof that I didn't not get the cake. Obviously very disorganized and terrible service.
