The owner is incredibly rude. Also, $40.00 for a car wash is expensive when they don't vacuum the inside, don't clean the trunk, and are utterly incompetent. How can you charge for a service that leaves the inside of the car as dirty as it was when it came in? And on top of it, reprimand the customer for taking an extra 20 minutes to pick up the car? Next time, the owner should use those 20 minutes to actually make sure the job is done properly.
