In the fall of 1966, renowned Toronto Star theatre critic Nathan Cohen reported, 'Susan Douglas Rubes has formed a new venture, Young Peoples Theatre (YPT). Her first production, aimed at the 3-to-7 set, is The Looking Glass Revue to be presented weekends at the Colonnade Theatre'.
