From delicious breads to warming soups, sweet goodies and made-from-scratch meals, DOUGH Bakeshop has just about everything you need to satisfy any craving.

The bakery boasts a large range of breads, including spelt, scones and gluten-free options. All breads are made on-site at the crack of dawn; a task Tracy O’Hara used to undertake herself when she first opened shop in 2009. “We make fresh every day and when we run out, we run out. The next batch is made fresh the next day.”

You can tuck in to yummy meals like Shepherd’s Pie and quiche in DOUGH Bakeshop or get them to go and enjoy them at home or in the office. On a cold winter day, don’t forget to ask about the daily soup. “Our soup chef makes a different kind each day,” says Tracy.
