Sad that the owner can not hold herself accounts I for when she’s rude to customers. Instead of writing a nasty review upfront I tried to call and speak to her about my issue - instead of understanding and apologetic for how she speaks and comes across she was defensive and changing the narrative of how she worded something or what she said. Place crowded full of people so I wait outside or in my car with an alarm - if your stuff stops for 2 seconds and you’re not there watch out!

I was there at around 7am and left around 8:55 am on June11. The older lady working there is completely ignorant and intolerant of people with disabilities. She and an older lady (  her friend & customer) kept making derogatory comments about the  disabled person who came in. They were making fun of this person and how much she hates it when they come in to do their laundry. As a disabled person myself I find her offensive. Im a housekeeperat a retirement home. I would never do this to anyone

Horrible

I used this laundry mat because I had a lot of clothes and a little time their doors auto lock so the sign says at 9:00 pm I stepped outside to open my car door at 8:45 when I turned around the doors were locked this laundromat has no contact numbers. Except the number that rings in the building when I got my clothes back they didn't even have the decency to appoligize I will never ever go back here I am not the only person who has had issues with this place so im told after the fact
