Very dissappointed
I ordered flowers for my uncles funeral. They did not arrive at the funeral home. When the funeral home called them, they said they had the wrong time of the service. They did end up delivering the flowers, but it was after the funeral service had started. I called Helen's afterward to ask for a reduction in the price. They basically blamed me for not giving them the right time, and said they had gone over the time with me. If they had done that, this would not have happened. I did not receive an apology or a price reduction, on flowers that I paid $180.00 for. I understand mistakes happen, but to blame the customer, and not at least apologize for this error, shows they have no care for their customers. I will not be using their service ever again.
