Paradise Retirement Home

Though they call themselves, Paradise Retirement Home. They are actually a licensed Group home which requires a different license. No one gets any keys. No door is locked. The front door is unlocked during the day and locked at night. My 87yr old dad stayed there after his hip surgery. At 87 he is active and walks 5Km a day. The other tenants sit in front of a TV 24/7. Front steps are nonstandard and broken concrete steps. Its a death trap manned by live-in maid.

This is a very unprofessionally run organization. The landlord raised my rent on my first payment. She does not understand banking. The food is terrible and I have had to buy food myself in order to eat.
