We hired them from reference of engineer who did our drawing, Buddy and Daniel come and give us estimate, started work on August 20th for underpinning (firstly it’s supposed to be done Sterofoam instead learned now hard way) they work hardly only did two 5ft holes and one 4ft. Never called city inspector took $2500 deposit messed up basement, put house in danger, debris never cleaned, keys not returned. We left no where now have to pay double to finish the work. Do not deal very unprofessional.
Our Basement crack was fixed by Kiro from SDR. He dug outside and filled the crack. But the crack was not filled properly and it leaked again. I called and they promised to come. It’s been 1 year and they have not showed up. I have lost $3000 with them. I ended up calling other people and it’s been working great ever since.
SDR Water proofing guys Kiro and Dave have done a terrible work at my rental house. I called them for a leakage in the basement and they faked that they have finished the work. They took my $5000 and never returned my phone calls. Please exercise caution while dealing with this company.
SDR Water proofing is not a reliable company. They have duped me for $1300. They came to fix my window Sil overflow and they never fixed it. One of my friend was duped for $10000. I would not trust these people.
Had the sdr pro's do an extensive amount of work on my home this past summer and i couldnt be any happier! The work was done to perfection and not a single spec of dirt was left behind them. They were on time each day and really catered to every thing we needed done. Ive already recommended these guys to everyone i know. They were fair and the work was perfection! Daniel and his crew were exceptional! We found water in our basement, Daniel quoted it and 2 days later came out to repair it in one day! Reasonable rates, very efficient and professional. I would recommend SDR to anyone fixing a wet basement.
