So I was towed by this company and here is a bit of advise I learnt . Do not pay the Ticket, they are not the city and there is nothing they can do about if if you don’t pay, they can not tow your vehicle afterwards or send you to collections . They are not allowed to tow you without police permission , its theft you can sue them . Parked at Shoppers Drug Mart at 322 Rideau, Ottawa On,K1N5V5 on Sept 30th/2017 Did NOT NOTICE sign, due to DEATH of MY MOTHER, I'm a SENIOR CITIZEN, my nephew was kind enough to pick me up all the way from Orleans Ontario, for myself to pick-up items for the funeral...We were in that Shoppers for less than 15 minutes...came out my nephew noticed a ticket from Parksafe on his vehicule ,what about CUSTOMER SERVICE...I'm told it's a very dangerous area to shop,DOWNTOWN CORE OTTAWA.
