Unhappy customer
I have read some unfair reviews on this, because everyone makes mistakes and every business has employees they would like to be rid of. I feel I owe it to other potential suckers like myself to share my expericence as I looked up the number on this site. In the 40 minutes between the time i called the store and got there, the price of the service (mounting a set of bindings) went from $20 - $35, the fresh wax that was on my skis must have fallen off because i was told, "they badly need waxed" (a relatively costly upsell) and the, "20 minute wait, half hour max," I was told it would take for them to do the bindings turned into 3 days. I made a 20 minute drive to the store based on what I am fairly certain was missinformation I recieved over the phone. If you are thinking about calling I would not belive what they tell you.
