I received amazing service from Mehul at the Best Buy store in the Oshawa center I recently had to purchase a new phone and being not tech savvy,this is always a stressful and challenging time Mehul made it easy He took the time and was very patient and walked me through the entire process I was able to pick a phone and plan that best suited my needs I left the store with a new phone and with full understanding of my plan Outstanding job. Worst experience of my life They offer 2 day delivery for products they don’t have in store to compete with Amazon. However when u pick up at customer service u get ACCUSED of steal as ur receipt is 2 days old!!! The employee actually said mame ur receipt Is 2 days old and took the 300$ watch from me!!!
