This is by far the best moving company I have worked with to date, I’ve made many moves in my life time and this may have been the least stressful yet. I got a basic quote, called to ask a few questions and was immediately offered assistance with getting a more accurate quote for my move, they were the only company I spoke to that took the time to walk me through it! I am very pleased; the cost was very close to the quote with no unexpected charges at the end.

At first I was very ipressed with the customer service at the office. Sales people very quick to respond via email and by phone and were very professional. We moved from Victoria, BC to Ottawa, ON. We are a very busy family with little kids and I couldnt even think about packing everything. So instead, we had the full pack service. Yes, it is a bit more, but we were happy. We also had some storage service. In general we were happy with the service that we received from Armour.

BAIT and SWITCH Pricing. Broke and Scratched EVERYTHING. Quoted $649. Charged over $3,900 to move 2bd apt 3km. Won't provide weight paperwork price is based on. The angry men unloading the van literally THREW my belongings down the stairs. Do NOT hire this company.

I recently hired ...

I recently hired Armour Van Lines for a cross country move and I was very happy with the service. I was able to arrange everything remotely as I currently live overseas, but there were no issues with that. The staff was very responsive and responded always and even after hours to assist us with this massive move. We moved a 4 bedroom home and 2 cars and everything went pretty smooth. I was only disappointed that the cars were a few days delayed but I understand. Thank you for your help!
