THE WORST. Be careful if you’re expecting a package that passes through the Hamilton/ON service facility. Was expecting a package consisting of casual outfits one week ago only to find out that it was on hold..the first explanation is that the package was damaged so they will investigate, a couple days later an employee said the weight changed so someone probably took something out, AND NOW a week later another employee said the PACKAGE WAS TORN AND EMPTY?! Inconsistent information..never again

People were friendly but horribly inefficient. I was told it would be delivered the next day, Wednesday May16 with a long window wait time. I waited all day and it did not show up. I called Thursday May 17 and I was told by another rep it had an attempted delivery on May 14,15 and was waiting at the hub. The first rep said delivery was May 11. Could I drive to the hub today and pick it up? No. Could I call the hub to make sure when it was ready? No phone #. Hilarious. Much more but no time.

Worst courier experience ever

Brutal customer service. Terrible delivery service. Just an all around bad experience dealing with DHL. Asked for an alternate address, only to refuse to deliver it. Wouldn't give my package to family members without written permission letter, copy of my drivers license and whatever else they suddenly required. Randomly decided to try the alternate address a week after refusing to but with a window of 11am-9pm, zero notice or warning, no one was home and the delivery "failed" a 4th time.
