Phil Mercurio is a smart guy. His target is to maximize his own profit, not the interests of his client. If the matter has nothing to do with the deal, he looks like an easy-going guy. However, if it is deal mattered, he becomes really merciless. In order to make a deal, he will do whatever he could to push you cut your sale price. If you are a senior person, probably you need to think about it, cause I believe you wont have a strong mind to resist his merciless request. Good luck.
