Blue & White Taxi General Inquires & Booking

Needed a taxi quickly yesterday because of car trouble. They got there within ten minutes. Drivers are always nice and professional.

Ordered a taxi waited half an hour then called back. Told I was a “no show” when I’m waiting outside my front door. Customer Service Agent said I was the 3rd customer today with the same issue Ordered for a second time continued to wait another half an hour called back same story. I’m the “no show” transferred to dispatch to find out what’s going on recorded message lines busy then I got cut off. This made me lat for my appointment.Taxi never showed up so I called another taxi company.

Absolutely terrible , ordered a cab at 1240 was told 10 minutes , waited 25 called was told 10 more minutes to be told no one was in my area ….. I’m in Mississauga, right beside Pearson airport . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
