Do not trust this person!
Not a man of his words. I bought a pre-construction condo through him, and at the time he promised some refund/bonus payout at closing. So when the time came, I contacted him but only to get disappointed. Worst of all, he made me follow-up week after week, for 6 months and each time kept making false promise of payout until he stopped responding. If he never intended to pay, he should have at least the courtesy of being truthful, and should not have given me false hope, and wasted my time/energy
