I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. This facility is very, very clean. Sure beats my family physician's office by a mile! I have used this facility 3x this year, and had good experiences all times. I did not have to wait long at all. All staff were pleasant and professional. I had an xray result come back that needed further investigation. I was called back into the office and was explained clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone. Read more

I had a full knee replacement surgery at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on May 07/19. I waited almost two years for my surgeon Dr V Rajgopal and it was worth it. I’ve had the most pleasant experience... if it can be described as that .... from Dr Rajgopal’s office staff Stef who is always so pleasant and helpful ...the intake and operating room medical team were so attentive and helpful. I can not say enough good things about the staff here. Everyone of them I have encountered for the duration of my pregnancy was positive and encouraging. When it came to delivery, it was a long hard path. But I never in my entire life have been treated with so much care. Each person who helped me went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough for helping me bring my baby into my life. I had to stay a few extra days, and even the staff who brought me my food was just genuinely kind and wonderful.
