Rented from this company many times over and have had nothing but the best in vehicles AND service. I was running late one Friday evening and called ahead. They mentioned that as long as it was returned by 9:30 am Saturday they would honor the one-day rental rate and they kept their word. FYI - filling the vehicle means exactly that; - FILL the vehicle when you return, and find a NEARBY filling station; - you wont have any issues!
I’ve had consistently excellent service here. The vehicles are clean and ready on time and the office staff are great. I rent approx 12x/year for work.
AVOID.....all other options can be better !! I rented a truck from this company 4 times till I learned the lesson. Each time they find a way to charge extra. This time they charged $95.79 for refueling, though I delivered the truck with full tank! No way to make them understand, waste of time. Never again !
i rented a car in a different compony before but I do not have any essue like this in this company. I am pretty sure that i filled up the tank in full from the nearest gasoline station near their place before I retured it. They still charged me an additional 8 dollars for the fuel I consumed. I am not good in measuring distances but its gonna be more or less 3-4 kilometeres away. That is to much for 8 dollars addisional charged. 2 liters/kilometer.
Jacked me for extra fuel. Brought it back 100% full and they overfill the spout which is against the law in a truck. I complained and the woman was rude. As well don't put a scratch on a vehicle they will charge your credit card $2000
I am not sure which vehicle you would have rented - I can only assume it was one of the 24ft or 26ft hino's - and we do tell our clients that every vehicle goes to the pump upon return - if we get more than 10.00 in we do charge- and we do fill to the top of the gooseneck - we have also had on occasion where customers have called that the needle has moved as soon as they went 15 kms - so its gas is not a win win for any rental company - our deductible on these vehicles is 2500.00 - all our trucks are usually less than 8 months and just like personal auto insurance we have a deducatable - we have no way of knowing the driving records of the many renters we have driving our vehilces- we only are required to see a valid driver's license - these vehicles are worth 90,000 brand new - all we ask is that people respect any of our rental vehicles like there own - anyways hard for me to know exactly which rental upset you - but we do try our best to be fair with every client
