I have purchased numerous appliances from Corbeil. The staff are helpful in assisting me to select the appropriate appliance. Delivery has been quick and courteous and they call before they arrive. I have had deliveries to my cottage as well as to my home. Appliances were held for me when an apartment they were going to was not ready. I will go back to Corbeil- handy, helpful and excellent delivery of undamaged appliances.
if you're looking ineffectual and impotent customer service look no further than Corbeil Innes Road. This hapless team lead by the Manager. Their hapless delivery people called the incorrect number as such I missed the delivery and now face an additional charge in spite of the evidence to the contrary. Readers, truly take to heart the advice to purchase elsewhere. If I had read the Homestars on this wretched business I would never have crossed the threshold of the store.
Took 3 months to deliver my fridge. Promised it it in 6 weeks. Do not believe their delivery times. Terrible company. Do not NOT deal with them. Go to Canadian Appliances instead.
make sure you get the the honest words about price matching ,because what they say is one thing and what the delivery is another when it comes to price matching ,I never use them or recommend them
