I purchased the grub control service. The technician came to my property and only did the work in the front of the house, then he left without doing anything in my backyard. He must thought nobody was at home but in fact I was just in the bathroom for less than 10 minutes while my parents were at home and looked through the window to watch him doing his job. They charged me for entire yard service. This is absolute cheating.

Two visits and I still did not get all of my lawn aerated. Missed areas for seeding too. Fertilizing? I cant tell if there were misses there too. Didnt sweep mess on sidewalk either time. Maybe thats too much? I am clearly not a good customer.

Made my lawn dry and brown. Complained to management. Guarantee not true. I am not satisfied with the service, so I should get my last service fee back, but I did not

The overall service was very good and cost effective compared with the competition. The technicians who came to my home were pleasant, knowledgeable and made constructive suggestions from time to time but were never pushy about it.

A good experience. The service I needed was provided on a timely basis. I was warned a day in advance that the service person was coming. He arrived right when I was told he would. He was polite and very quick and efficient.

Excellent service by friendly professional staff which over the years has made my lawn a standout in the neighborhood. The price was well within reason for the results.

They are friendly...

They are friendly, I just ask that they take a little longer to make sure that they are doing everything. I know that they are all on a busy schedule, but I have had to call them back as they missed a section of my yard. But they are checking to make sure it is getting the best service that I need.
