Great staff and very knowledgeable. Took my grandson in to get new skates and had a specific model in mind. I was advised that he would grow out of them before they were broken in and I should buy a less expensive pair. They heated and fit the skates to his feet and made it a real experience for a young boy. I could not be happier. Good job folks.
Nobody offered to help me (despite there being 3 people working). When I eventually found what I needed, I was treated disrespectfully at the register. Last time I shop there :-(
