I hired Modern Spray to spray my basement and attic. The job was to be completed in two installations. I have been trying for almost three months to get them to return to complete the job. They have missed several appointments, often without notice. They only rarely return calls. I caught them screening my calls by calling from a different number. I was left with no option but to hire another company to complete the work, even though the work has already been paid for.
Avoid this company
Owner will not return my calls or emails. Charged me for work that was not completed. Acknowledged work that was not done and offered refund..below the amount that it should be. They state they are broke and have no money to repay me $1500 plus repair the damages to my property. Grass destroyed when they drive into the mud. Surprised they got stuck!
Disconnected their truck drove around house twice.
Not the smartest tools in the shed.
