Used their services for a small printing work for the first time yesterday. The phone quote was competitive. I could upload the word file easily on their website after hours. Email confirmation with order number was almost instant. I received job complete and ready for pick up email early morning today 4 hours before promised time. We have been dealing with Print 3 Brampton for several years, and we have found them very professional, friendly and extremely fast turn around on all our printing requirements, company cheques, letterhead and bindery needs.
As far as pricing, they are competitive, but note: you only get what you pay for, keep up with the product quality and great service, that's what keeps us coming back.

Bad service because they seem focus on maximising how much money they can squeeze from you and providing the most minimal service, I was expecting more from a brick and mortar store ... hoping that the reason why they are in business is because of customer service and gunning on repeat business. Their prices are sky high for the quality of products and I will NEVER use them again.
