Terrible, pumped out tank but did not clear line to cottage. Even after we phoned half hour later because problem was not corrected, would not return and said problem required plumber. After 2 days without septic facilities (we are in our seventies) our adult son arrived and used hose to clear clogged line between cottage and tank. Took 5 minutes.
