Bad customer service / web service
I am looking for a black 3ds xl that they had online. Was told that they have none in stock. After giving the employee de sku, he confirmed that there was onw in stock. Came back with a red 3ds with screen damage and told me its the only one they have. Bad missmanagement . Total loss of time , will most likely not return. If at least I was given an appologie for the missunderstanding and if they'd taken my information to contact me when they have one i wouldve been a very happy customer
