Our main goal was to exceed expectations, one home at a time. In order to do this we knew it would mean getting to know our clients and their lifestyles in order to place equipment in their home that was exactly what they wanted and extremely user friendly. We find that by having user friendly systems our clients will use their systems more, brag about them more, not get frustrated when using them, and enjoy them to their full potential.It was discovered that a major problem in dealing with big box stores was that all they really cared about was getting a box out the door.
