Vogue Spa Nails

I bought a Groupon for a facial. It was in March of 2021. I forgot about it, booked an appt Nov 29, telling the owner I had a groupon.The value was $49. When I got there she overbooked, so I was given a 30 min. facial. The Groupon had expired in July HOWEVER every states, it never does and the $ paid goes towards a service. Bottom line, a verbal fight, and crossed her arms at the door so I couldnt leave until I called Groupon which i did.In front of all her clients..It was embarassing. Never go

I was a regular costumer, but staff is very slow and could never start my nails on appointment time. Always made me wait 30-45 minutes. Not enough workers for the amount appointments they make. Nails were always changed from how I asked and wanted them done. You ask for one thing and the nail artist would do it a different way. Very disappointed and so unpleased. Will NOT be returning.

I was very happy ...

I was very happy with my experience! Cleanliness is huge for me, and they exceeded my expectations for this. Their tools are all sterilized and in packages from an autoclave. Their selling feature is the MASSAGES with the pedicure and manicures. Soooo good! They have a scrub they use before that is awesome. The staff are very personable and friendly. It's now my favourite place!

I've been here on...

I've been here once and had a pedicure as well as gel with shellac, the pedicure was great and everything was sanitary, but the nails were horrendous! I had to go elsewhere the next day to get them redone because they were like chiclets on my fingers, and she put about 6 coats of shellac on top of it! I bought my mother a gift card for her birthday (manicure and pedicure) and yesterday she went to go use it. The pedicure was great, as for the nails, my mom ruined them by getting something from her purse as she was leaving... We called them today to get them redone, except with shellac and said itd be no problem to pay the difference... They charged her 25$ just for the application which was absurd because her manicure from the day before had been ruined and elsewhere they'd redo it for free! Never again am I coming here! And I don't recommend it.
