First of all, I liked the location of the facility. If you live or work anywhere in the southern half of the city, it is a breeze to get there. I was given my own personalized entry code and all the procedures were clearly explained.
I particularly appreciated the fact that unlike most other storage facilities, Merlyns will accept deliveries on my behalf. This makes it easy to order Christmas presents online without the kids seeing the packages. The company I work for keeps its stuff there too, because it means that we don't have to receive deliveries at the office then send someone to put it in storage. they just call when it arrives.
I only have a small unit, but I was shown some larger ones, and the variety looks good.
