Awesome service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always thorough. They have helped me out a number of times with last minute orders. Only had one issue, but it was corrected in a timely manner.

I have been going to this dry cleaners for years to get my comforter cleaned. Last time I brought it there they melted it resulting in a large hole rendering it useless. It was a $250 Ralph Lauren comforter. The employee told me to contact her boss for compensation. After talking with him he said that the normal amount given to replace such items was $50 but insured me mine was in good condition so he would give me $100. I am disgusted that they will not pay the $250 to replace my comforter.
