Madman McKay TV

The manager at the Campbell River McKay Electronics store has very poor customer service skills. The rest of the staff was really good. This was my third negative experience with this guy (Glenn). Very condescending and arrogant. Glen seems to want to oversell more than is needed. I was charged $250 for a harness required for the steering wheel controls to operate. It turns out some controls do not work and I was not told about that up front. I would not trust this guy or use them again.

Wouldn't suggest anyone go here. They find ways to charge you and come back for work that should have been done the first time. I will not return to thus business again.
