30 minutes late for pick up, stereo was broken so could barely or not at all listen to music, then when dropped off at a stop for grad photos. the limo broke down and they did not tell us +werw not picking up phone when called when the bus was not there to pick us up. Put us at threat to be late to our grad. Not impressed...
