I had an appointment at 6 pm and when i get there, to turn in my car, i find a letter on the door, saying that the mechanic was sick and could not work for the day, which is fine. but first have the decency of calling your clients. i had to drive from north van and back with a load of traffic, while losing an hour of my own work. this signals me that this is badly functioning company.
