This organization is very well run. Their staff are 100 percent on the ball. Each person knows their job and does it extremely well. Rick Champagne is a very capable CEO and his staff obviously agree. If you are thinking of taking your boat for TREATMENT! you could not go to a better place.AJC..North Van
Amazing service and attention to detail. Definitely second to none in the lower mainland. They did an impeccable job on a bottom paint and servicing my 2 motors. Yachtworks is a thoroughly professional outfit. Their work is outstanding, meticulously itemized, and fairly priced. I had a major repowering Yanmar project that was completed to the highest standards of workmanship. For each step of the way I greatly benefited from a genuine caring for the job at hand. Gabriel and Mark, their technical personnel and caring staff, are highly competent, honest and professional people who are more than capable of planning and actualizing most any marine project.
Fast service and reasonable fee. Rick is very comprehensive to everything about boats/yachts.
The folks at Yachtworks were nothing shy of excellent with the care of our boat. I am honestly shocked to see so many negative reviews on them! They were quick to communicate when they found an issue, and even provided us 2 different options at different price points to solve the issue. We will for surely be bringing our boat back to them, and even plan on getting a new canvas enclosure custom made! They really do it all there, and they also have a super cute dog that resides there as well! A+
As of Oct 2017. My boat was in their care from July 4 to October and I can honestly say don’t trust this business. Though there are a few very nice people the people at the top I don’t trust at all. Stay away stay away. I think the last couple of reviews must be done by people that work here.
Stay away!!! They keep changing their name but same owner!!! Still affiliated with Raven Marine, have no trained technicians, I dropped in on them while they where servicing my twin 350 outboards and they where watching YouTube videos on servicing them! I've been boating both coasts for 40 years and have never seen worse!
North shore yacht works are not honest. Took my boat for a service and was charged double. The front desk staff was rude and was overcharged. Spoke with several people who had taken there boats to north shore yacht works. They have potential to be a good business. But they overcharge and main concern is to sign a service agreement. I had a terrible experience with them and feel taken advantage off. Another marine mechanic looked at my bill and was in shock. Don't take your boat here.
I dropped off my Newer Meridian for some simple routine maintenance. I was warned and advised to move on by a current customer of theirs as I tied up and should have heeded their advice.I was lied to on every repair and payed twice what was quoted. If you have NO OTHER choice get it in writing but you have been warned STAY CLEAR. I wouldn't let them work on my neighbors push mower.

I am sorry to see negative reviews. The work that was done on my boat was outstanding. The only wait time was when we had to wait for a particular part that had to be ordered.As far as charges go, you pay for quality and that is what we got at Yachtworks. Everyone we death with there was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this place.
A good place to avoid! They have had my boat for two months. They didn't do anything for the first two weeks they had it. They overcharged and padded hours. Don't get ANYTHING done there without a written quote and check around before you commit to use them to make sure you aren't overpaying. Make sure you tell them when you want your boat back and do everything in writing. Follow up daily to make sure you are on track or you will be put on the back burner indefinitely! The markup they charge for parts make retail prices at marine stores look dirt cheap.
We had our boat tuned up with a few repairs this year. It took a month, we were MORE than double charged what another reputable dealer quoted {after the fact, unfortunately} ! We learned our lesson the hard way that we will never go there again! They even charges us for "receiving the boat"??? GET A DETAILED QUOTE FIRST and make them stick to it if you decide to use their services, and please don't be in any hurry to get your boat back!!
