I had the WORST service here and the lack of professionalism was appalling. I brought my laptop in for what should have been a minor fix. I brought it home, the problem still wasn’t fixed and the issue escalated. I was told that there would be no refund AND that I would have to pay more even though I already paid him to not fix my original problem. On top of this, he attempted/almost pushed my laptop right off the desk and told my partner off.

I just wanted all to know that my laptop's hard drive went. I looked around as to whom I should take it to, I found Westcoast Computers now named Concept Computers, I spoke to Dwight who is very honest and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my visit. THANKS, Roxanne
